The very same tactics that were successfully used by the deep state to block Donald Trump from winning reelection in 2020 are being used a second time in the leadup to the 2024 election, which once again appears to be tipping in Trump’s favor.
Foundation for Freedom (FFO) executive director Mike Benz, a former State Department cybersecurity expert, uploaded a video – watch below – to his X account explaining what he knows about this latest round of what he describes as “the dirty trick behind the ‘dictator’ framing.”
What Benz means by this phrase is that, once again, Democrats and other deep staters are already regurgitating the same rhetoric they did prior to the 2020 election, calling Trump a “dictator” and warning that, should he win again, there will never again be another election in America.
“This is obviously stuff they’ve recycled from before, but it’s all converging right now: this attack on democracy, dictator, authoritarian thing,” Benz warns.
“The framing techniques they’re using right now are the same ones used in 1948 at the very dawn of the creation of the Central Intelligence Agency to create a predicator for dirty tricks.”

They are laying the predicate to set up a Transition Integrity Project 2.0 network, with informal backing from the national security state, to topple said “dictator” using “democracy promotion” regime change tricks. https://t.co/BaQ3xjsgAN pic.twitter.com/KBVWpEAl0T

(Related: New York Gov. Kathy Hochul admitted on the radio this week that real estate developers need not worry: Donald Trump was specifically singled out for political prosecution.)
The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is playing a pivotal role in the anti-Trump campaign, utilizing the same tactics it developed at its inception to frame Trump as an “authoritarian” who must be stopped in order to preserve American “democracy.”
“The CIA was created under the 1947 National Security Act,” Benz explains in the above video. “The very first thing it did to rig an election overseas was to rig the 1948 Italian election, which was the first democratic election after WWII after Mussolini had been gored and suddenly Italy was torn between [an American and Soviet Union political philosophy].”
From the beginning, the CIA framed its political opposition as an existential threat to “democracy,” just like it is doing today against Trump. Prior to the 2020 election, its Transition Integrity Project (TIP), a hugely influential group of 65 insiders, successfully overturned the 2020 election. And again in 2024, these same bad players are pulling the same stunts to “save democracy” from Trump.
Had Trump won in 2020, the plan was to use Black Lives Matter (BLM) to shut down the country, color revolution style. We saw a taste of that in the summer of 2020 when BLM terrorists burned down entire cities and looted Targets and other stores as a warning to America.
Benz explains a whole lot more in the above video, which is just over eight minutes long, about how TIP head Rosa Brooks, a former high-ranking Pentagon official, talks openly in her book about how she used her CIA blue badge to enter the inner circle of the Pentagon to teach entire courses about how to overthrow governments.
He also discusses how the Chamber of Commerce struck a deal with the AFL-CIO, which used to be called the AFL-CIA back in the 1960s because of how closely it worked with CIA to overthrow foreign countries, to foment more destabilization across the nation in the event of a Trump win – be sure to watch.
